ON-LINE workshop for ERC applicants on the PREPARATION OF A COMPETITIVE PROPOSAL: PHYSICAL SCIENCES AND ENGINEERING 24.04.2026

This form for the expression of interest is aimed at ERC applicants with a host institution in the Czech Republic who wish to obtain expert support for their project proposal.

The preparatory workshops consist of 3 interconnected parts to be held in April, May and June (for STG applicants)/October (for COG applicants).

The series will kick off with a workshop in April, with each of the event days devoted to a different scientific domain:

  • 22 April 2026: SOCIAL SCIENCES AND HUMANITIES
  • 23 April 2026: LIFE SCIENCES
  • 24 April 2026: PHYSICAL SCIENCES AND ENGINEERING

The workshop is open only to ERC Starting and Consolidator grant applicants who are intensively working on their project proposal, which they intend to submit to the respective ERC 2027 call, and who are not restricted by resubmission limitations from the previous calls.

To attend the workshop, you are required to:

1) Register for the workshop by completing this form.

2) Send (within 24 hours) the following documents to the Expert Group mailbox (erc.es@tc.cz):

  • the abstract of your proposal (max. 2, 000 characters),
  • your CV and track record (full 4 pages)

in one pdf file and in the form fully respecting the instructions in the Information for Applicants to the Starting and Consolidator Grant 2026 Calls (using the ERC 2026 templates).
